FLEET MAINTENANCE MANAGER & COORDINATOR — NAISSUS INC.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs for trucks and trailers.

Respond to breakdowns and arrange roadside assistance, towing, and repair services.

Gather symptoms, fault codes, photos, and videos from drivers.

Review repair estimates, identify unnecessary charges, and compare service options.

Track repairs and keep Dispatch informed of equipment availability.

Source parts and coordinate deliveries when needed.

Maintain accurate maintenance schedules, service records, and invoices.

Work with Safety and Operations to resolve equipment defects.

Additional Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance team and prioritize fleet repairs.

Manage maintenance budgets, repair approvals, and vendor relationships.

Monitor downtime, recurring mechanical issues, and repair quality.

Establish preventive maintenance procedures and hold service providers accountable.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English.

Knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems and common mechanical issues.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow repairs through completion.

Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Previous U.S. trucking maintenance experience is preferred for the Coordinator position.

Proven fleet maintenance management experience is required for the Manager position.
