Junior Driver Recruiter

Conduct outbound cold calls and initial screening calls with driver applicants.

Build and maintain communication with potential candidates throughout the hiring process.

Assist senior recruiters with collecting and organizing driver documents and application information.

Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels.

Maintain accurate records of candidate activity within recruitment systems and spreadsheets.

Help schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding steps for qualified drivers.

Learn and apply recruiting strategies to improve lead conversion and hiring results.

Collaborate with the recruiting and management team to meet weekly and monthly hiring goals.

Provide a positive and professional experience for all driver candidates.

Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, or similar communication-based roles.

Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Confidence and professionalism while speaking on the phone.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn recruitment software and systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
