About the Role:You will manage the recruitment process for CDL-A truck drivers, from initial contact through onboarding. The role involves daily communication with candidates, conducting phone interviews, collecting documentation, and coordinating with our Safety and Operations teams to ensure an efficient hiring process.This position requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and working hours aligned with U.S. time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming leads and actively source qualified drivers.
Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates’ experience and qualifications.
Clearly explain compensation, working conditions, requirements, and company policies.
Collect and organize candidate documentation for background and compliance checks.
Coordinate with Safety, Dispatch, and Operations throughout the hiring process.
Maintain an accurate and updated candidate database.
Schedule driver orientations and help coordinate travel when needed.
Support candidates from their first interview through their start date.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and work independently.
Availability to work U.S. business hours.
Previous experience in U.S. truck driver recruitment is preferred.
